We had a family room with very comfy bed and a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control. The place had a family atmosphere. The hotel was in a very central setting close to everything in Salmiya. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the restaurant for evening meals...

Would recommend this place and would happily go back again. The room was perfect and big, had a fine stay on business trip. The breakfast was served in the restaurant and the food was TASTY.

One of the advantages - new-fashioned rooms; they included toiletries, a shower cap, and bath sheets. Its location was amazing, to most city attractions.

Our suite was luxurious with a lovely view of the sea. The hotel was in a favourable and stunning location, on the sea. Had tea and goodies at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, nestled 1 mi of the property.

We asked for double room and it was big size and perfect with the tea. A mini-fridge and a safe box in the room were useful.

The staff was accommodating and the room luxurious and new-fashioned. The free parking was on site, good service.

As young holiday goers, we loved the upgraded suite that we received upon check-in, giving us more space and comfort. The location of the hotel, just 5 minutes away from the city center and near the beach, was extremely convenient for us. We also enjoyed the heated pool facility.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with some of the main Shopping Malls just a 15-minute walk away. The service provided was top-notch, from the helpful and friendly receptionists to the staff that assisted us with our bags. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free wi-fi in our room and the fact that the rooms were soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The dining options were excellent, with a delicious breakfast and a cozy bar/lounge area. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, showing great hospitality and kindness.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. The experience we had here was truly exceptional, from the location to the services and amenities available.
